![]() ![]() ![]() Ok, so maybe not. But recently I've started upping my calories a lot higher than I've ever had in my entire life. I've been trying to bulk and put on as much muscle as I possibly can, and it's been working great until recently. Instead of any excess fat I have being stored all over my body, its all being stored right there in my BELLY. I've gained about 30 pounds in the last 4 months, but now it seems that my belly is outgrowing everything else on me. It really looks disgusting. It might be because I eat so much and I'm full a lot, but it could also be fat. Should I take a week off of my bulking diet to burn up some fat? Its really grossing me out, and I feel almost like I've regressed on my progress. IP: Logged |

Before starting your bulking diet, did you already have a bit of a "stomach" or did you have more of a six-pack with abs showing and all? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If your belly is sticking out so much it looks discusting, maybe a bulking cycle is not what you need. But rember a bulking cycle is going to put weight on you like this. So you may just need to get used to it & remember you can always take it off in a cutting or dietting cycle. ------------------ IP: Logged |
