![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() What's you opinion on this? No bloating, or water retension. It can be found at WWW.Creatine.com There are different variations of it depending who you are. I would be using the Femme Advantage, my boyfriend would be using the Xtra Advatage or something like that. It says no loading necessary. Thanks Dx IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() From what I have heared from the stength coaches that I know liquid creatine is crab. Creatine according to them does not stay stable in liquid form very well, actually they have told me not much of any suppliment stays that stable in liquid form as compared as to the powder form. Stick to the powdered creatine, may taste like shit but it will work better for you IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I heard from someone, that liquid creatine can turn toxic. I don't have any resources, so please if you disagree, don't ask for any resources. I've also heard that liquid creatine isn't stable. Personally I recommend Effervescent Creatine. IP: Logged |
