Ok.. here it is, i don't have all the nutritional values listed. Morning: protein shake, approx 44g protein about 2 hours later: usually another protein shake, or a big serving of lima or kidney beans, honey & oats bar total about 44g protein and 50g carbs. lunch time: anything that is chicken, lots of meats, i mean lots. usually 2 or 3 chicken sandwhiches, some brown rice.. Total about 50-60g protein, 75g carbs. mid-afternoon: some fruit, and a protein shake. After my workout: another protein shake, and usually a couple more slices of multi-grain bread. IP: Logged |

I also have alot of snacks in between those meals that are packed w/ carbs and protein, i just didn't have time to type it all in iw as getting ready to leave.. I have a box of Myoplex Lite a friend gave to me, if i drink one of those i mix 2 packages together to get 50g of protein, but the brand I buy is optimum whey vanilla flavored. I use to buy designer protein but i needed a change. IP: Logged |

Try adding some dietary fat in your diet, it will help you grow. Try having up to 20% to 33% of your daily caloric intake come from fats such as Peanut butter, Flax seed oil (if you can stand the taste), canola oil, olive oil, etc.... It doesn't take many Tablespoons of these oils to do the job. The only meal you do not want these fats in is your postworkout meal. I'm sure there is many others on this board that will give the same advice. Take it easy man. IP: Logged |

Need more REAL food in place of protein shakes 1 or 2 a day is ok but eat more eggs chicken and red meat. also need more starchy complex carbs if your on a mass cycle. someone has already stated that you need more essential fatty acids also. IP: Logged |

you need to save a few bucks and eat some real food. REAL FOOD is better. Your breakfast sounds fine but if you're trying to gain masss you need to eat more than that. Not just 1 big heavy meal with lots of chicken. Eat more meals with real food and eat save the protein shake for after work out and before sleep. IP: Logged |

You're not getting enough protein from solid foods. Getting proteins from MRPs and shakes are fine, but you have to take in more solid foods. All I recommend 3 protein shakes a day, no more. The other three to four meals should include animal protein. IP: Logged |
