IVE BEEN TRAINING FOR ABOUT TEN YEARS OR SO. HAVE COMPETED IN MANY SHOWS EVEN CAME IN FIRST PL. IN ALOT. LOL. THE PROBLEM SEEM TO BE NOW THAT IVE HIT 40 ITS HARDER TO TRICK MY BODY TO DO WHAT I WANT, LAST YEAR I DID A HEAVY CYCLE AND PUT ON ALOT OF MASS BUT COMING I GOT SLOPPY WITH THE CARDIO AND TRAINING AND PUT ON SOME XTRA FAT. IM USED TO BEING PRETTY LEAN SO YOU CAN IMAGINE WHAT TIS IS DOING TO ME. IM NOW AT LETS SEE TODAY SAID 147LBS. IM 5;6;IN. UPPER BODY LOOKS PRETTY GOOD, BUT LEGS HIPS ARE ALITTLE TOO MUCH FAT. DIET HAS BEEN PROTEIN AND CARBS TILL NOON OR SO AND THEN VEGGIES AND PROTEIN. IM THINKING ABOUT USING NOLVADEX TO TRY AND LEAN UP LOWER PORTION OF BODY. ALSO TRAIN 4DAYS A WEEK HEAVY DROP SETS ALWAYS. DOING CARDIO 3 OR 4 XS WEEK. THIS WEEK IM OFF SO ILL DO MORE CARDIO. FEELING LIKE THE AGE IS GETTING TO ME . MAN, IT WAS EASY WHEN I WAS 30.
