Does anybody know of a site where you can find the nutritional value in foods? What I'm trying to do is see if my current diet is balanced. The sites I've found only show calories, while I want to find info on fat, carb, protein and sodium amounts in foods.

If you bought an $8 book you could bring it anywhere (ie, the grocery store) ...
