i prefer flax to peanut butter, because it has more polyunsaturates per gram. and i think that flax has more capabilities than the peanut, but peanut butter does taste better. i say just switch them up whenever you please, that way you get the best of both worlds. just my opinion.

Flax oil would be better in my opinion, but peanut butter is much more economical. I personally prefer unprocessed nuts. did you know walnuts have some omega 3's in them?

If you are comparing the nutritional value from the efa's then they would be about the same. Obviously natural pb has more to it than just fat (some carbs and protein), but both are excellent sources for omega 3.
