![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i prefer flax to peanut butter, because it has more polyunsaturates per gram. and i think that flax has more capabilities than the peanut, but peanut butter does taste better. i say just switch them up whenever you please, that way you get the best of both worlds. just my opinion.
