man your fast! anyways thats not bad for 1/2 cup because it obviously expands when cooked. alot of carbs though, maybe good before/after cardio?

yea.. lots of carbs.. but i'm always "low" on carbs anyway.. i had to find some new things to up my carbs.. i tried 100% bran.. that has a lot of carbs in it also.. so i can always use some extra carbs..

yeah lots of vitamins too. i was on 100% bran for a while, i stopped because it gave me frequent bowel release (shit)

i can't handle too much carbs dude, makes me bloated; dont what to lose that six pack i worked so hard for. but i'm still going to look more into it.
