i'm pretty familiar with this site and i would not trust it if i were you. it once said that flax seed oil contained over 1400 cals per tablespoon, when really its 110. there are a few mistakes on that site that needs to be fixed.

Cant be. I tried different measurements like pint, cup etc, there is a flaw.
I tsp cannot have 400 calories. Thats insane.Most fats have 15g fat per tbsp which is 135 calories.

not to mention the fact that 105% of the calories are from fat. how in the hell can it have more calories from fat than it does total calories. yeah i'd say that web site has a few bugs to work out...
