Uh, I might get a little carrried away here, but hopefully it will answer your question. Get a piece of paper and make 5 columns. 1st column put food type/meal #. Columns 2-4 put carbs, protein and fat. 5th column title it total calories. Then put down the gram amounts of each macronutrient under each of their columns. Then convert them into calories by multiplying the protein and carbs grams by 4. Protein and carbs have 4 calories for each gram. Then take the fat grams and multiply it by 9. Fat has 9 calories for each gram. If you add up all three, it will give you the total amount of calories for that meal. For example, If you have a meal that has 30 grams of protein, 25 grams of carbs, and 10 grams of fat, you would convert them into calories like this: 30 grams X 4 = 120 calories of protein
25 grams X 4 = 100 calories of carbs
10 grams X 9 = 90 calories of fat
Total calories = 310 calories

Now, to find out the percentage you simply divide the amount of calories for each macronutrient by the total calorie amount of the meal, then you multiply this by 100. It looks like this:
120 calories protein divided by 310 = .3871
.3871 X 100 = 38.7% protein in each 310 serving.
do this for the carbs and fat, and the total percentages of each are:
Carbs = 32.3%
Fat = 29.0%

Maybe I got a little carried away here, but it gets the job done.
