looks great to me if you want my opinion.. all though i'm not to sure about the bagels.. what kind of bagel is it? whole wheat..?
anyway.. i wish this place was more freaking popular.. i'm here like 24/7 looking for more people to post abot whatever..

also, i think you should add to your "diet" is some FRUIT. I see you have absolutely none in there. I personally think you should at LEAST have 2 servings of fruit a day.. may I suggest putting a banana, or some strawberries in your protein shake? (probably preferrebly the protein shake in the morning, if you have fruit or vegetables at night, theres a chance the carbs in the fruits & vegetables might turn to fat.. hope this helps..

alot of knowledge for such a young man, thanks dude, i constantly substitute veggies for fruits, depending on my mood. i also learned recebtly that bagels are not that great of a grain for bb. so i'm looking into something else maybe "Quinoa". the only reason i eat bagels as a grain is because its so cheap, and you know how expensive other foods get when you bb. as for the lack of people on the discussion site i totally agree with you , i'm constantly on the computer looking to see if my questions were answered.

From what i can see you need more carbs, add some oatmeal to every one of you shakes. this is a MASS diet, and you are curently eating less calories than i am when im dieting down.

like i said..try more carbs..try to get 40% of your calories from carbs, 30% from proteins and 30% from fat.

and, since it IS a mass diet. dont be afraid to gan some fat.

Man if you are looking to gain some mass without a lot of Bf your diet should look more like this. Breakfast: 2 whole eggs, 10 whites. 2servings oatmeal with a banana mid morning: myoplex or similar mixed with 2% milk Lunch: 8oz grilled chicken, 2cups brown rice with green veggies. mid afternoon: same as lunch pre workout meal: same as mid morning. Dinner: 8-10 oz Top round or Flank steak with mixed veggies bedtime: protein shake with 2% milk.

What is your BMR? 2500 calories doesn't sound like much if you want to gain weight ...

You can easily replace both protein drinks with real food.

Your carbs look very low.

Why are you using skim milk and low-cal cheese to gain mass?

I would suggest finding your BMR and then adding 500-1000 calories to it.

yea, totally, i just realized that. You may think that a 15 year old like yourself doesnt need that many calories to gain mass, but you probably need around 3,500 calories a day to put some major muscle on. So tell us all, i'm sure a lot of the other people are wondering, what are you gonna do?

yes thank-you i will start gradually increasing my carb intake. the reason why my cals are so low is because i am a person that has a very small appetite, it is hard for me to ingest alot of food, so i prioritized my protein intake.anyways thank-you all for all your useful info. bruman whay makes you think that i am 15? im 17.

oh.. well i guess i was thinking of eagledude or something.. but anyway 17 is even better.. you really need more calories now.. MrMucle is 21 and in his mass diet he consumed 5,300 calories a day, and hes only 4 years older then you.. so that may give you an idea of how many calories is best... just saying..

I agree with most you might want to increase your carbs up a bit.
As far as calories go if you are going to increse them do it slowly you can't just jump from 2000 to 3500 all at once , you'll just end up not wanting to eat you'll be to full all the time do it slowly.
As far as the bagel is concerned its o.k just get it in with your post workout meal or breakfast.

Peace.

Your callories look very low for mass gaining. You need more carbs and maybe more fat, put a lot more carbs early in the day you dont have much. Keep the protein levels up, cut back on cardio.

to gain mass, your calorie intake is way to low. depends on how much you weigh. a 200 pound man should consume 4200- 4900 calories per day.

You're not eating any red meat. Red meat is dense in protein, contains slight amounts of creatine, and slightly raises testosterone. It's excellent for mass gaining, just trim the fat off.
