WHEN I LOST WEIGHT LAST YEAR (45LBS)ALOT OF WHAT I ATE WAS IN LIQUID FORM. ALOT OF SHAKES IN BETWEEN MEALS TO SATISFY HUNGER PANGS. I'VE MAINTAINED SINCE I LIFT WEIGHTS BUT I'M NOT LOSING THE FINAL 15 NO MATTER WHAT.IN JANUARY MY BODYFAT WAS AT 17% I'M GUESSING I'M ABOUT 20 NOW AND I REALLY NEED TO GET DOWN AGAIN. SHOULD I CUT OUT MY CHEAT DAY? SHOULD I TRY THE SHAKES AGAIN OR SHOULD I USE MY DESPERATE MEASURE THAT I'VE BEEN CONSIDERING ATKINS???LOVE THOSE CARBS BUT I CAN SURE DISIPLINE MYSELF.

Ive seen the Atkins workfor afew ofmy friends, they lost about 5-7 pounds over a few weeks...but just cutting out breads helps alot and pasta too, I recommend getting some carbs just for a little energy earlier in the day...but bread is deadly

3 DAYS A WEEK BUT SOMETIMES 4 IN THE MORNING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH SHOULD I DO MORE?ALSO IS IT OK TO DO CARDIO LATER IN THE DAY AS SOME DAYS I'M UP AT 2:30 AM TO BE TO WORK AT 4:00.
IF ITS MOST IMPORTANT FOR ME TO DO IT BEFORE I EAT IN THE AM THEN I WILL DO IT.
OR MAYBE I'LL ADD 2 EXTRA DAYS TO SEE???
ADVICE PLEASE!!I'M TRYING TO LOSE THE LAST 10LBS

Need to take a good fat burner and do your cardio befor you eat breakfast. Keep your carbs at 1x's your body weight, protein at 1.5x's your body weight and your cal's at 10 to 12x's your body weight. See what that does for you. Drink at least 1gal of water and stay away from sugar. Cardio 3x's a week is fine and weight train 3x's a week if possibly. Good Luck Guy.

How long are your cardio sesions. I lost about 40 pounds in the last 6 months and have really beefed up. I do 20-25 minutes of cardio at a high intensity on an empty stomach on non-workout days. I also use an ECA stack

Rachann I thought we solved this problem. Maybe you missed what I said. Your diet seems to be fine, except I need you to increase your cardio to 6 days a week at 30-45 minutes a day. Keep your cheat day, thats not a problem.

HAVOC, I'M SORRY YOU ARE RIGHT . I LIKE TO GO AND SEE WHAT OTHERS SAY AND SINCE NO ONE ELSE RESPONDED BUT YOU I CAME AND REPHRASED THINGS. LAST WEEK I UPPED MY CARDIO AND GUESS WHAT?? I LOST 2 LBS JUST FROM THAT. ALSO MY SOFTBALL SEASON HAS STARTED SO I'M REALLY ACTIVE AGAIN. THANK YOU AND I'LL ASK FOR MORE OF YOU'RE ADVICE!!

Just Keep your cardio up as havoc has told you.
As far as carbs go your body needs them to survive so I wouldn't cut them out all together, just decrease them to no less than 50gm per day. Stick with potatos and rice , try to lose the pastas and breads for awhile.
