I AM TRYING A ROUTINE THAT REQUIRES ONE BODY PART A DAY. HOW MANY EXCERSIZES PER BODY PART

Let your body tell you what it wants. Do all the major movements for the body part your working and at the end of your work out if you feel like you can do more you didn't push hard enough.

12 to 16 sets per muscle group is what i usually do
