Try a rice cake & peanut butter it really helps me but if your try to lean up for a contest you need to suck up & stay strict. Its very hard but its worth it.

fast food sucks but most places have decent grilled chicken salads. wendys has ~200 calories and 26g pro, 8grams fat - without dressings. look around and some places have decent stuff...if you aren't trying to cut calories to get cut, you can even get plain baked potatoes some places for good carb calories.

my favourite snack is peanut butter and low-cal cheese sandwich with a lean boiled piece of chicken breast. this sounds weird but it is fucking tasty. relating to the post above, there is a site called www.cyberdiet.com, and it has every single fast food resturant. and it has the nutritional info for each item of grub that they carry. this site is really informative, some of the nutritional info may surprize you. a whopper has over 850 calories. it also has the same amount of info about normal every day foods.

Here are some ideas. Instant Oatmeal, protein bars, protein chips, protein muffin and I can go on with this stuff. If you are trying to stay lean then have protein shakes with water or diet snapple favor drink. (ex: promax 2g of carbs, isopure zero carbs). If your like stay with the solid foods then. Good Luck.

If you are eating 5-6 meals in order to speed up your metabolism and in turn help fat loss, then you probably won't need to snack.

For the post above. I'm in the process of cutting up for a show and I still need a snack from time to time. I eat 7-8 meals a day and 1-2 of them are snack meals but it might not be no more than a table spoon or two of peanut butter or some protein powder. You can snack right and still keep your metabolism in check. Not trying to correct anyone just giving my input, hope it helps.

if you are eating 6 meals a day (every 21/2 to 3 hours) there is no time for snacks JUST meals. but, when you want a lean snack that you can carry with you and eat whenever and whereever try Natures Best solid protein bars. 6 grs fat 31 pro 11 carbs 1gr sugar. and some of the bars have no sugar. next best are Metr-x keto pro bars. just 2-4 grams sugar in those. the Natures Best taste much better though.
