hey, i am trying to cut back on my intake of carbs. what foods should i avoid?

If you want to cut your carb intake to lose body fat, I would stay away from simple carbohydrates, known as sugar. Fruit has a lot of natural sugar, stay away from fruit or cut down on it. Milk has good amounts of sugar. Stay away from dairy. If you're taking a protein powder, check it and see how much sugar it has. Stay away from creatine that has sugars. If you have to use creatine, I recommend Labrada's Creatine Cooler. It's sugar free.

You probley already know this but stay from bread products, milk and like the reply befor me stay away from fruit. Alot of people don't understand that fruit is very high in carbs. Try potatos sweet or white, its the best form of carb that I know of.
