Hey bro. Glad to have you with us, now that you have joined us, you are sealed yo us for life MUUHAHAHAHA....hmm.sorry hey i'll gladly give you a hand..my BEST advice is this..join www.gymamerica.com they can make a workout scheduel for you, and they follow you up closely...very good shit. BUT if you dont wanna take my advice here is a good beginer workout for you: Set 1 Set 2 Set 3 i want you to do this program 3 times a week. and dont try to train your ego by lifting the biggest amount of weights. concern yurself wth learning the proper techiques, that way you wont get injured, and yur strenght will grow faster.. peace bro. ------------------ "...damn you for not giving my TEST" - Metallica IP: Logged |

YES I DID LOOK INTO SUPPLEMENTS FIRST. SHOULD I HAVE NOT? HOW MANY EXCERSIZES PER MUSCLE GROUP? HOW SHOULD A BEGGINER SET UP HIS DIET? IP: Logged |

I JUST WANT TO SAY THIS BECAUSE IT CAME TO MIND. I REMEMBER WHEN I DECIDED TO START A PROGRAM, THE FIRST THING I DID WAS GET EVERY MUSCLE MAGAZINE I COULD GET MY HANDS ON TO LEARN. THE MAIN THING YOU SEE WHEN YOU GET THESE MAGS ARE ADS FOR EVERY DAMN SUPPLEMENT OUT THERE.NO WONDER WE THINK ABOUT WHICH PROTEIN POWDER TO BUY BEFORE WE SET UP OUR ROUTINE!!! NOW THAT I'M LEARNING HOW MY ROUTINE WORKS FOR ME I HAVE FOUND THAT THE DIET PART MAKES ITSELF. YOU KNOW TO EAT CLEAN, YOU KNOW BASIC EXCERCIZES, YOU KNOW YOUR BODY AND WHAT YOU WANT TO DO WITH IT. TAKE ALL ADVICE PEOPLE GIVE YOU AND TRY JUST TO LEARN TO WORK WITH YOUR BODY. ANY ROUTINE YOU CHOOSE IS BETTER THAN NONE DON'T YOU THINK? JUST KEEP ASKING WHAT YOU NEED TO LEARN ON THIS SITE BECAUSE IT'S THE BEST ONE I'VE FOUND SO FAR AND I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR OVER A YEAR. IP: Logged |
