hey bros and broettes,
here is my current diet:
7:30-8am : MRP 280 cals 2.5g fat 26g carb 43g protein

9:30-10am : 6eggs 2 slices fat free cheese 480 cal 27g fat 4g carb 46g protein

Noon: MRP BAR 310 cal 8g fat 15g carb 35g protein

2pm: Spaghetti meal 540 cal 8g fat 101g carb 17g protein

4pm: MRP 280 cal 2.5g fat 26g carb 43g protein

10pm: 2 scoops whey 160 cal 2g fat 4g carb 34g protein

total: 2050 cal 50g fat 176g carb 218g pro.
Right now I do cardio m/w/f am, for 30 min. +abs, calves on m, and forearms on w.
I do chest and bi on sun and wed.
back and tri mon and thurs.
legs and traps/delts tues and fri
Next week I am starting a cycle of omna, deca, and d-bol. How much food should I be taking in on the cycle? I eat clean and want to keep it that way, so what should I be throwing in in addition to what I eat now? How many extra calories, roughly? Thanks everyone! Later, joe

Are you trying to add mass or cut? Can't answer your question without that minor detail. Also need to know how big you are (height, weight, %bf, etc...)

I don't really know what your looking for but to add some good cal. I like to add MCT oil or flax oil two to three time a day.
