Today I binged a little. I had cereal for breakfast. A Metaform meal replacement. 1 whopper, 1 whopper jr. Medium fries, Turkey sandwich, cup yogurt, banana, 3 slices of pepperoni and sausage pizza (delivered) Ham sandwich, 1 pint hagan Daaz cookie Doe, 1/2 serving of N-Large2. Eating like this once in a while won't hurt me for gaining bulk will it? IP: Logged |

The haagen das alone... The average nutritional information for all their flavors is like 300 cals per 1/2 cup, 150 - 200 from fat... not the good kind, either; and no protein. so if a pint is 6 servings, that alone is 1800 cals, 900 - 1200 from fat, the rest from sugar... But no, it shouldnt hurt if done "once in a while", depending on how long "a while" is IP: Logged |

I only got the ice cream cause I had a free coupon, 20 grams of protein, but 80 of fat, today was my cheat day so to speak, I don't plan on eating like this in the future though, just was real hungry, a snack that actually tastes good is ok to eat so long as im not trying to cut dow isn't it? You can eat like that once in a while. It takes 3500 extra calories week to put on just 1 pound. If you ate this in one day and followed your strict diet plan the other days you probably will not notice anything. If it really bothers you than through in some extra cardio during the week to burn some of the excess calories from your cheat day. IP: Logged |

I gotta wonder what you're doing HUNGRY on a mass phase? You should be sick of the sight of food if you're eating right. Bad planning, but no, it won't hurt you one bit if done occassionally. IP: Logged |

I just started eating a lot more, and yes the site of food sickens me,especially eggs, oatmeal and chicken. Eating all this stuff was differant and actually tasted good, but no I won't eat all that junk again. Today I went to 3 grad parties so I had 2 burgers, lotsa fruit, 2 roast beef sandwiches, buncha turkey slices, baked beans, milk, 3 eggs, oatmeal, and topping it off with 1/2 serving of N-Large2 tonight. Tommorow Ill go back to my normal mass diet IP: Logged |

Taking a break from a diet wont kill you,as long as it does not run over that one day. when im on a strict diet i take one day out of the week and splerge, eat any thing i want as long as it has protein in it. Then the next day i'm back on the diet, eventully i don't crave those days and the diet runs smoothly from then on. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Your ok with what you ate, just dont make it a habit. I do that 1 or 2 times a week. Normally at least once. I helps keep you from go'n freak'n insane. It also shocks the system. So eat up, treat yourself once a week. IP: Logged |
