When you cycled your protein did you continued training hard and heavy on the low protein phase or you changed ur traing? if i keep working intensely would it be harmful for my muscles? i want to keep seeking for gains on the low phase, i know it�d be difficult but i dont want to lower the intensity.

hey bro, i wouldn't lower your intesity. How long do you plan on cycling your protein? If your are taking in low amounts of protein for 1-3days i wouldnt' worry about it. but you just don't want to start breaking down protein for energy, which you shouldn't if your carb intake isn't low. if you give more info maybe i could be more specific. hope i help some.

im going a month with low protein but replacing the protein cals with carbs and then up the protein again a month. How do u do cycling your protein, what results do ya get?

WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU WANT TO CYCLE PROTEIN, THATS THE BUILDING BLOCK FOR ADDING MORE MUSCLE, IF YOU ARE WORRIED THAT ITS BULDING UP IN YOUR BODY & GOING TO CAUSE SOME TYPE OF DAMAGE TO YOURSELF DRINK MORE WATER( YOU DON'T CYCLE YOUR WEIGHT TRAINING DO YOU)NOW GO MAKE YOU ANOTHER SHAKE & KEEP PUMPING

Maybe for the first week you should lower your intensity.
The whole point in protein cycling is to get the gh benefits while it is lowered and then shock your body with mass amounts of protein to get the growth that provides right? So if it takes 7-10 days for your body to up the gh levels go a little easier on the weights for a week or so.
