hi bros a friend of mine is going to use clen to lose some fat ,doeshave to bring his carbs to 0% and use high protein diet?he is not a bodybulider,he just do some light wight training. IP: Logged |

I would say No, he does not have to eat zero carbs in order to see results. But, his diet still has to be in line, meaning he has to get a proper intake of carbs, protein, and healthy fats. Also, to make a long story short, he needs to burn off more calories than he is eating. Have him multiply his bodyweight by 10 or 12 and this is a rough estimate of how much he should be eating. One last thing, Clenbuterol will peter-out after 2-4 weeks, and at this time he has basically 3 options: 1.) increase the dosage in hopes of a higher elevation. 2.) Discontinue its use and then give it 2-4 week rest before trying again. 3.) Try switching over to another agonist like the Ephedrine/Caffeine/Yohimbine stack, or something else like norephedrine, etc... to see if they continue lipolysis (breakdown of fat). IP: Logged |
