Hi I am back, I just talked to who seems to be Lex Luger, he sounds like a pro to me, anyways I am amazed I have made it up to 172 and have my bench press up to 285,I also bench 200 on my workouts now I usually do 9 reps per set, my arms are up to 14.8 and my chest is up to 43 inches, I am amazed though that my bodyfat is still only 4-5% I just gained about 2 pounds of fat while gaining 26 pounds of muscle,and to tell you the truth I havent eaten as healthy as I was,I have been eating lots of vegatables,probably 6 servings a day,eating tons of chicken breast and lots of peanuts and peanut butter for fats, I just need to get some good info on how I can get rid of the stubborn fat on my lower abs,I dont have fat anywhere except there, I wouldnt mind adding it to my ass or something because even my ass is muscle and nowone cares if you have any fat there,I want a 6 pack, and also I am gonna start supplementing pure protein shakes from gnc. they are 2.50 each but taste like a milkshake and add 35 grams of protein each shake,and are already made so I dont have to make them myself, Just give me a good diet for cutting up more,
