I have been dieting since December the same way. Meal 1: 12 eggwhites 2yolks, slice of whole wheat bread, and 1/2 cup of oatmeal
Meal 2 & 6 Myoplex shake
Meal 3 & 5: six ounces of grilled chicked breast 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 4: Pure Protein Bar
I had great results in the first few months but I now hit a plateau. What can I do to shock my body back into shedding the fat and continuing to add the muscle with out getting too small.
