I am 6' 220 lbs 22yrsold and kinda chubby. I was thinking of taking a cycle of decca. I heard that it burns fat and builds muscle. Should I use this or try something else instead. What kind of diet should I be on if I do start the cycle of decca. IP: Logged |

This might get more responses if you post this in the anabolic section. As for Deca, it will build muscle. There might be some bloating depending on your dosages. There are things to help that. Also dieting while taking Deca may not be wise. Your body will be growing and will be needing more calories. IP: Logged |

One thing to remember here dude, is that the juice will not make you lose fat. If your diet sucks, then so will your progress (unless you are a genetic freak, which by being chubby, it doesn't sound like you are). The deca may not necessarily make you any fatter, but it will not make you any leaner by itself. It will increase your LBM, which will give an overall lower bodyfat percentage (If fat is neither lost nor gained). By the way, and I have been out of the anabolic section for about 2 1/2 years, but if your stuff is spelled "decca" it is not real. It should be spelled "Deca-" IP: Logged |

Brandon how long have you been working out? The only reason I ask is because you said that you are chubby. So its sound like you are new to the game. Roids are NOT for people who dont know how to diet or train. Why dont you work on those b4 you try the juice. Fat is not hard to lose if you put a little time into your diet.
