what do you recommend eating for breakfast? i can't seem to find a good breakfast and eggs don't fill me up, they leave me hungry for more food, plus they take a while to make. or i just don't like waiting for them to cook. i'm looking for a breakfast that is high in protein and really fills you up. -derek IP: Logged |

I usually just make some oatmeal with skim milk, then add some protein powder. You won't have to add any sweeteners depending on what flavor protein you use. Adjust the quantities to suit your needs, and you'll have an awesome breakfast in les than 3 minutes. IP: Logged |

i find that this breakfast realy fills me up alot: its a sandwich - two pieces of dense low-cal bread, can of tuna, couple slices of turkey, 2 fried egg white, some veggies, if you want, and barbeque sauce or any other low-cal condiment this may sound weird but its fucking good dude! dont sacrifice the well being of your body just because you feel lazy, its no excuse. Here's my breakfast (Note: I'm on a bulking phase, and I have an extremely fast metabolism) 7 scrambled eggs (3 whole, 4 whites) I have no idea the nutritional value, I just know it has lots protein, carbs, and unsaturated fats, all good when you're bulking. IP: Logged |

1 and 1/2 cups oatmeal (the prepackaged stuff...I'll take the sugar to keep it really tasty), 1 tbsp. olive or flaxseed oil, 1/2 pound chicken (or I can't prepare it the night before, two scoops of protein powder mixed with water). May sound like a lot compared to some other's I've seen but I like to eat a bit more during my first meal. Whatever you choose, make sure you like it. Don't "force" anything down in your diet or you won't stick with it very long. IP: Logged |

my friend always cooks up Louisiana Frogcakes...they are made by frying bacon, cutting up onions and mushrooms and baking them on top, then cracking 6 eggs on top of the burning bacon and then cheese on that...its great, all fat and protien but no carbswith the right milk and some fruit, its almost a 9 to 7 carb to gram of protien ratio ------------------ IP: Logged |
