Ok when I want to get all cut and lose the fat I eat 40%protein,50%carbs,and 10% fats for about 2 weeks and eat half the calories I did eat, however some do it differently, Joe the guy I emailed said that he is up to 172 now! he somehow without juicing added 30 pounds of what is mostly muscle, he still has good abs in the top and middle of his stomach and he looks alot more cut too, I never have seen many people gain 30 pounds and look more beefed up and cut, but strangely he did,and he also gained 2.5 inches on his arms and a very good amount on the chest, nearly 7 inches to be exact, anyways Joe says he wants to gain 5 more pounds and then go on a pre contest diet and see how much more ripped up he can get, and he also claims that his bottom abs are just as big now as the rest of them and he wants to lose whatever fat is blocking them so he can have a six pack, he said once he does just that he will began beefing up more and more, I think I should buy the boy some products because he seems to have an unbelievable body working here, he gained that 30 pounds in only 6 weeks!and it is not like he gained fat he probably put on a good 27 or 28 pounds of muscle and only a couple pounds of fat. When I bulk up I usually gain about 70% muscle and 30% fat, this guy done a complete opposite of what most do when they bulk up, I say if this kid can use some supplements he could be unreal and probably be a pro bodybuilder and I mean the real ones that you see on tv, and he didnt eat all health food on his buff up diet,he said he mostly ate chicken, beans, veggies, peanuts, tuna, egg whites, and egg yolks which are all health foods but he said that some times he was forced to have to eat stuff unhealthy due to his income and him going to college.I think if I mailed some stuff to him like some creatine and such that he can be just flat out unreal, he also sent me a few pics of him playing basketball, this is a white guy who can actually jump, he says he has a 30 inch vertical but he is just about dunking on this picture here and he is 5 foot 10 so I am betting that he has more like a 36 inch leap instead of a 30, he also says he can run a 4.45 forty and a 4 minute 30 second mile, you may not believe him but he looks like a great athlete and he has some calves that look to have all the muscles needed to do all of these athletic things, well I got to split, if any of you ever want to discuss wrestling back in my older days just ask, I dont really like talking too much about it nowdays because I am no longer a superstar in the business. also here is a list of some of my wrestling and athlete friends and their bench presses, you might be surprised that some are not as strong as you think.
I worked out with all of these guys here and another I forgot to mention was the player of the Toronto raptors Kevin Willis, I know alot of you dont know him but he could win a bodybuilding contest if he wanted to, he is only 240 at his seven foot frame but can bench nearly twice his weight at 465 pounds, he is the strongest man in the nba even stronger than Shaq even though he is 80 pounds lighter than he is, also Anthony Mason who is hyped up on juice can bench press 415,but he juices well got to run, I hope all of you do unserstand that you should never juice,It nearly killed me and I never came public until now, and it is sad because nearly half the pro wreslters take them, even football players do but they never get caught, I know of at least 25 nfl players on the juice but am not going to name any see ya

You keep mentioning that steroids injured you. What did they do? What were your cycles like? Did you cycle or did you constantly use them? I see wrestlers always in shape all the time without any change, exept Ahmed Johnson. IP: Logged |

I had a bad kidney, which was due to steroid use, also I was getting very injured alot because I was to musclebound, I was too muscled up in some areas and not enough in others if it makes any sense. If you ever see me nowdays you would notice that sometimes I look kinda flabby and then other times I am ripped, the reason is because I change cycles alot, for three weeks I will be beefing up and then for three weeks I will get more cut, at my age you have to do like this to get good muscle gains, unline an eighteen year old like joe you either take the juice at my age or get the gains slowly IP: Logged |

and is you diet still like it is in your 1st post? 33% of everthing? 3weeks bulk and 3 weeks cut sounds like a variation of the ABCDE diet. Im not sure 280 at 4% fat natural? IP: Logged |

I hate to be the pessimist here, but has anyone established that Luger really is who he says he is? Personally, he sounds like a teenager trying to impress everyone with his impersonation of a pro wrestler, but hey... he could possibly be a famous wrestling star who comes online and visits bodybuilding sites so he can write on the messageboards. You really can't trust anyone to be anyone they say they are online these days. IP: Logged |

I'm a pessimist too but Luger sounds like his stuff is on point. Not that you have to, but to silence any doubters could you say the name of the gym you and Sting opened up here in Atlanta? I know Chris Jericho often goes online but I don't think he uses his real name. IP: Logged |

better yet! I live near Luger, and if he could mention the name of his neighborhood or the name of the person who bought out his gym then it could prove he is who he says he is IP: Logged |

Mr. lugar is new to this site much like me, and if you keep doubting him he might get the wrong impression. this post has gone way off topic, even if he's not the Lugar who the fuck cares, he obviously know his shit. anyways no disrespect to anybody. IP: Logged |

Luger definitely sounds like a nerdy teenager who flipped through some websites and is trying to fool everyone into believing he's an all pro athlete that's had thirty some years of experience. I don't disrespect anyone who comes online and on message boards and genuinely trie to learn and help others. But posing as someone else to try and gain some credibility is a pretty cowardly thing to do, and they deserve all the disrespect they get. It wouldn't be so bad if he just used the name, but actually trying to make people believe he's that person is going a little too far. Just my two cents, time for bed IP: Logged |

First of all Luger is at least 275. I see him 2 0r 3 times a month. The guy is 6'5 Also, dont you think that if this was some kid screwing around he would have posted more messages and started shit with the ones who have been running their mouth about him. IP: Logged |
