if you're doing a TKD, dont eat any carbs post workout... eat them before working out... when i ate carbs pre and post workout, i had uncontrollable sugar cravings... and just post workout? i had no energy to train. Eat 15-40g C preworkout, depending on your workload with about equal amount protein... Post workout, eat like a regular keto meal (70% F/ 30% P)... make sure to get healthy fats here especially.
