in jan of this year, i atteneded to do a bulking phase for a few months, which consisted of high fat,protein, and carbs, and i was taking creatine in the middle of it, while bulking ....after about a month and a half, i gained about 35 lbs, my face was puffy my abs started disapearing, and teh creatine made my appearance worse, because it swelled me up some more makign me look more puffy, and since i am 17, im also luckely gifted wiht a matab that burned all that puffy ness away naturally......im looking to do another bulking phase but in a smarter way,,u see before when i was bulking i ate 6,000 cal a day, and training 3x per week having 4 off days where 6,000 cals sitting in my system, probably all turned into fat,...this time i think it will be better because i will train 4-5x a week,instead of taking a lot of days off while on bulking calories...training each body part 1x per week and wont take creatine..will this be better?

how much do you weigh? 6000 calories is wayyyyy too much if ur not using juice. i don't even think the juiced guys eat that much. the most i ever shoot for gaining during bulking is a 1-1.5 pounds a week, which is just bumping the calories up 500 a day, and maybe a little more if i do cardio. i think training each bodypart once every 5-6 days won't be a bad idea...i made a lot of gains at your age on a split like that. pick up some protein powder and eat clean and you'll be aight. i think for a lot of us, we all learned by trial and error to find what worked best. good luck...
