as for protein how many grams should i be eating?

can anyone give me suggestions on good protein sources and also good snacks that won't make me fat.

Your caloric intake should be 2230 calories a day for an active 15 year old male. This will maintain your current body weight. If you want to increase it you need to eat an extra 3500 calories a week. Just make sure it is healthy food and you keep lifting or that extra 3500 calories will be pure fat. You should be consuming 1 gram of protein per body pound. Some good source include chicken, turkey, protein shakes, lean beef, and protein bars just to name a few.
