i'm 12 years old, 75 lbs, 4'10, how many calories should i consume a day, i usually have totally INTENSE workout every other day my face is burning red after i'm done, and after i'm done working out i take Creatine, i take creatine every morning when i dont workout, anyway can someone give me some tips on packing on some muscle mass fast?? I TOTALLY do not want to gain fat, I want it all to be muscle!! thanks!!!

ok, post like this scare me..IF they are posted by a serius person that is...

WHen you are 12 you most definately NOT want to think about "gaining muscle". your to damn young to get serious about sumthing like that. just have fun with whatever you do, don focus on one sport. try em all, its to early to specialize in one sport.

Now, im not gonna tell you lifting weights is dangerous when you are 12, cuz to be frank, i dont know. but i would fins out what my other options are.

As to food, just eat what you mom cooks for ya.
