oh in in case your wondering how i plan to do this heres how 6:30 AM- Do 40 minutes on treadmill Meal 1------10 AM ----80 grams of protein (yea, i know its a lot i was amazed) Meal 2----1 PM Meal 3---4 PM Meal 4----7PM Meal 5 before Bed------10 PM -------------- IP: Logged |

I hope you are the biggest 12 year old in history. A lot of protein can be harsh on the kidneys, that is why most people on high protein diets drink over a gallon of water a day. In order to give you loose caloric quidelines you'd have to post your weight, height, whether you are chubby, thin, etc. It seems that you are doing a lot of cardio. Are you doing this every day? Are you lifting weight every day? In any case, you are 12 years old. You should be having some fun, and overplanning mat turn you off to the BB lifestyle. Don't overdo the diet or lifting, and you will grow strong. IP: Logged |

I just read your previous post. Forget what I told you, forget the creatine, the protein, the calories, and the intense workout. You can still lift weights, but don't go heavy, and don't kill yourself. If your face goes red after the workout, you're doing it too hard. At this point, you are not producing testoterone (the stuff that will make you strong). You will not get 'huge' until you are well into your teens. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING TESTOSTERONE. NO, NO, NO. Fotget the cardio, and join a sports team at your school. Forget the diet, and eat what your mom makes you. That will be good enough. Are you looking to stunt your growth kid. They are right, lift light and play a lot of sports. Don't use a bodybuilding diet, just eat healthy and don't eat tons of junk food, in about 2-3 years you can change. Plus, where the hell would a twelve year old get the money to afford that diet IP: Logged |

At 12 years old..if in fact this isnt someone dicking around...ther is no way you would require that much protein...

Wait a few years before you buy supplements. Eat healthy Dont eat that much protien. Eat 1X your body weight so if you weigh 75 eat 75 grams. Its good to get started this early eating healthy I wished I would of. Eat nutritious foods like Shreaded wheet or oatmeal for breakfats, and mabe three whites and 1 yolk and some fruit. Bring your lunch to school, bring pasta or brown rice mixed 4 oz of canned tuna or chicken or a wholewheat or rye sandwich with real mayo but dont use much and some fruit. For snack eat a bagle with natural jam before you work out. Then for dinner have your mom make something like fish or chicken or steak and some baked patatos, or yams, or rice. And vegatables. and then after dinner snack an 1 hour before bed could be a glass of milk and a slice of rye or wheat whith natural peanut butter. Always buy natural unprossed foods. Cut your meat yourself from leftovers insted of buying cold nitrate meat in the deli. Drink water natural juice, skim milk insted of of soda pop. Try to be social if you want to. When you go to frinds house it is ok to cheat once in a while and have pizza and pop but only do it on the weekends. If you have to bring some of your Bodybuilding food in a cooler in ziplocked and tuperwhere containers. Always stay away from candy only on speacial ocations eat some. As with training dont train to heavy, once you get your form down do like 3 sets of each exersise of 8-12 reps. Don't over work yourself just evough to feel a nice burn. Always stay away from Alcohol, and drugs they will hurt your training. Tell people that pressure you to drink or do drugs that you are on a training program and that will hold you back. kid, if you're 12, and don't weigh at least 200 pounds don't do it. You'll be one of the idiot people that come into my hospital with kidney problems because of excess protein. Trust me, don't do it. IP: Logged |

yea, i really changed it around a bit. I saw i had no fruit and barely any vegetables. so i'm gonna cut about 100-150 grams out of it or probably even more, i didnt count yet.. so like for breakfast i'm gonna have oatmeal instead of vege fuel quiche.. and for my meal #2 instead of having met-rx with 16oz skim milk, i'm gonna have a met-rx with 16oz water, with one banana and 80 calories worth of strawberries, and just basiccly stuff like that IP: Logged |
