I am trying to lose a couple of pounds and her that to get ripped don't eat after 6:00 or 7:00, except for protein drink before bed, is this true if not what should I eat my last real meal is about 6:00, help me please. IP: Logged |

Eat protein and lots of fibrous vegetables at 6-7pm. What time do you go to bed? Some people will say that a protein drink at bedtime is not such a good idea if you're trying to lose weight. This is because you're not burning much energy when you sleep and any excess protein at that time will be converted to glucose, which then gets converted to fat and stored. Bedtime protein is more often used by people on bulking cycles to put on muscle, not lose fat. ------------------ IP: Logged |
