looks good to me. The only suggestion I have is to take a couple of days off a week from the Ripped Fuel. This way you dont grow to much of a tolerance to them and their effectivness will remain.

I know I am new, but here is my opinion: It seems like your diet is working for you so far, but once it starts to level off and you aren't losing any more weight, i'd quit eating the dairy items in your diet. Just in my experience, taking out dairy is a good idea b/c it has sugar in it, plus it makes my stomach bloat out a little bit.

The sugar in the milk won't matter much, since you are taking it along with proteins and fats. I haven't memorized the glycemic index of milk, but it should not be a factor. As far as the bloating, it won't be a concern until the week before the contest (or deadline). Why would it matter if you hold water during the process? You are trying to lose fat, not weight.

The dairy should be cut out or lowered. It's not the sugars it's the fact that the dairy makes your body hold more subcutanious water (water between the muscle and the skin) this will always leave you looking smooth.
If you really want to get ripped for the summer, I would suggest you learn how to stomach your protien shakes, or buy one that tastes better.

Why do you say dairy makes you hold subcutaneous water Aten8? I cut most sodium out a few days before a show, which includes dairy products (they're too high in sodium for pre-contest prep), but other than that I can't see any harm in them (unless you have an allergy or on a very low sodium diet).

The G.I Index is as follows (Glucose Index):

Nonfat/skim has a G.I. of 32.

Whole Milk has a G.I. of 27

Lactose has a G.I. of 46.

***In case you are wondering, these are low G.I. ratings.

6 pounds in 2 weeks is good shit ,be careful
not to burn muscle make sure to include a cheat day to make sure youll preserve most of your muscle mass...try to shoot for a goal of two pounds a week any thing more youre risking muscle.

yeah, i think i dropped my carbs a little too fast, tats why i lous the amount of weight i did. but now i know, so next time i wont drop them so fast..

as to the milk question. since i live in norway, there are limited brands of protein powders, and none with the so caled "natural" taste, which ive heard doesnt taste so bad with water. strawberry og chochlat water is just to nasty for me...
