mass gaining right?
well, you need up to 400 grams protein, and maybe 600-700 grams carbs...but since u said it was a summer diet, i will have to belive that u dont want to put on to much fat, so the only thing i really can think of to say is MORE PROTEIN

Gowzer your right big macs will give you mass. Most will be fat but you will put on some lbs. The only diff in a cutting diet and a bulking diet is amount of food. Even if you are tring to bulk you need to still eat clean just more of it.

I dont know man g's of protein N-Large has, but I think you need to add more protein. Gowzer is half right, this doesnt really look to much like a mass building diet. So Im making the same assumption, its summer and you want to stay leaner. Also, add lean beef to this. Lastly try to get 1/3 of your protein from whole foods, beef, more egg whites in the A.M., tuna etc. etc.

N-Large has about 34 grams of protein with milk and 42 grams of carbs. A whole serving has double that amount
