Hey guys.....Im still depleating carbs....but not on the Keto diet yet. I have made some VERY slow progress......and was am comtemplating going on Keto. Has anyone had any real success from it? I i don't mean losing 40 lb's of fat. I mean...has anyone already pretty lean improved any from the diet? THanks for the help, Gare IP: Logged |

If your over weight I think that it works well. But I found after depleting my muscles of carbs, my muscles were in pain when i trained. IP: Logged |

Try a cyclic ketogenic diet in the place of Atkin's Diet. Try out Dan Duchaine's "Bodyopus", Lyle McDonald's "The Ketogenic Diet", or Dr. Mauro DiPasquale's "The Anabolic Diet". These are all good diets to follow. If you want a quick overview of how these diets work, then check out the plan George Spellwin has on the main page of elitefitness. All these diets are effective if you are serious on losing bodyfat. IP: Logged |

I'm on the bodyopus right now... I'll let you know how it turns out. I tried it for just a week about a month ago, and had pretty good results. This time I'm trying to use flax seed oil exclusively as the fat portion to see how that works. IP: Logged |
