breakfast: egg whites, spinach
meal 2: pure protein shake
lunch: chicken breast, pure protein shake
meal 4: fat free yogurt
dinner: 2 chicken breasts
meal 6: pure protein shake
good, bad, opinions???

It sounds like your ristricting to much.
Get rid of the yogurt and add starches in oatmeal for breakfast, and yams or brown rice for lunch dinner skip the starch and instead 2TBL peanut butter or 1TBL flax oil and veggies. If you cant loose much fat on a conventional bodybuilding diet or in a hurry to lose fat fast with no muscle loss.
