I've recently started going to an all u can eat buffet about once or twice a week in order to gain mass... i usually concentrate on meat when i go. Would there be any problems to eating around 200-250 grams of protein in one sitting? Is there any supplements you can recommend me taking before i go? Would insulin taken immediately before help break down the protein? IP: Logged |

I am a huge fan of all you can eat buffets! My goal is to one day be asked to leave one by the manager. As far as getting 200-250 grams of protein in one sitting, I am not quite sure about that. Taking in some fiber with would definitely help but I would like to hear some more input on this too. Bump! IP: Logged |

im guessing that you wont digest those big 500g in one serving unless your a regular huge eater.probably most of it youll shit out or it will turn to body fat,unless your on some major anabolics.i would recommend some fiber with all that meat and some methoxyolon from syntrax its done wonders for me,or maybe its the placebo effect...arghhhh u just cant tell with these fuckin dietery supp..use juice....
