I was just wondering about the effect bread has on your body when dieting. Why is it that people say to eliminate breads, lactose and pastas when you are trying to lean out? If you don't eliminate it, what type of effect will it have on your outcomes? Will it make a big difference whether you eliminate it or not? IP: Logged |

Some people do suffer from bloating on refined flour products and some don't. Even if you're not affected by bloating, it's a good idea to avoid them because they're empty calories, have a high glycemic index and don't fill you up nearly as well as whole grains and vegetables. Plus they're lacking in fibre. ------------------ IP: Logged |
