I have just started bodybuilding. I know i need more protein and I have heard burgers and chicken are great sources so I have been spending loads of time in KFC and burger king eating big macs and chicken burgers. I get my carbs from french fries and keep my water intake high by drinking coke. I also take extra salt on fries cos this makes you retain water so I don't have to drink as much. Any more things I need to be taking? Thanks for any help.

Wow, that's a great diet. I wonder why nobody thought of that diet before for bodybuilding. I'm sure we'll now see McDonald's and KFC full of bodybuilders.

Just to boost your metabolism that extra bit you should also smoke at least a pack of cigarettes a day. And avoid any cardiovascular exercise like the plague!!

Hey! It's not so bad. At least He's getting lycopenes from the ketchup, fibre from the lettuce and pickles, and even some good fats from the sesames on the McD buns. And for all we know that special sauce may have multi-vitamins in it. And the french fries are not too bad on the glycemic index. I just hope he drinks most of his coke after his awesome workout to spike his insulin.

Of course it's a joke. NOBODY on this planet could really be THAT stupid (please reassure me, someone).

actually most of the pros eat mcdonalds and kfc and burgerking and everthing else but the kitchen sink.dont worry about it small arms,if gaining mass is your goal than the big mac should be your best friend.ignore other replys.theres even a picture of jay cutler in iron man mag this month eating a big mac.getting lean is a matter of calories not food quality, ive gotten my bf% to 9% eating junk food..
its a bodybuilding science...read the bodyopsy diet by duchaine and learn...

Wicked diet. Personally I prefer indian takeaways. Everyone has something unorthodox about them. Think about it though. Rice is an excellent source of complex carbs and chicken is a great source of protein. Put 2 and 2 together and you get chicken curry. That's all you need to get huge.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention to make sure you're on AT LEAST 1000 mg per week of gear.Plus T3, insulin, Growth hormone, etc... If you're going to eat like a pro, you'd better be willing to supplement like a pro too.

Not all the pros eat fast food year round. They might have a little treat every ther day offseason. The ones with the fast metabolism can do it, but the endomorphs, and endo-meso can't afford to eat like this. I know everything about their body is like a science to them. They know what foods to eat and when. Many pro's study nutrition. Most of them carry all their food with them in a huge cooler and just nuke it it work or dine at restraunts with good food. Many of them have such a obcession with thier body it is like a machine to them they only put in the preimum fuel(food, drugs and supps) in their tank. As for T-3, I dont think every pro is on it year round with the exception of some fitness covergirls. They just use it onseason only It would hurt thier gains. I talked to a pro and he doesn't eat any processed food because it has the loss of digestive enzymes. Everything has to come from a pure source no powders or processed food.

Gowzer is right a lot of pros do eat bigmac's
off season, it's because of the calories. But he forgot to mention the intake of anywhere from 10 - 18 i.u's of GH per day. Which tends to burn off that excess fat.

I know both types of pros. One eats 100% sh** most of the year, then cleans up his diet 8-10 weeks out from a show. He pisses me off. NOT because of his lifestyle, but because soooo many young men look up to him, and there he is sending out the message, "see how great you can look by shoving all this Kentucky Fried Heart Attack in your system". And he's out drinking big time 3-4 times per week. At 25 he's got advanced gum disease, grossly pock-marked skin and gyno and cellulite. The other pro eats clean always, just more of the same during bulking, less during cutting. Healthy but big. Good skin, teeth, etc....But when they get on stage it makes no difference. The fake tan and lighting hides all evils. They're both on low-dose T3 year round though.

As far as small arms/big dick, this was obviously a wind-up (fun though). If he really wanted to eat like that then he would be better to take lots of gear, so when he pops-off with a massive M.I. he'll leave behind a great looking body.

Seriously...is there anything wrong with eating a burger and fries or a slice of pizza for lunch with a protein shake if i'm bulking? I never used to, but it seems to be helping me put some size on without too, too much fat.

Naaaah. All food is good food in moderation. When I'm bulking I eat clean monday-friday, then just eat whatever I want on the weekends. But everybody's diff, so what works for one might be a recipe for lard-ass for another.

Yep, sounds like a Lee Priest diet to me. Have you seen him in the offseason? Man, he looks like a little fat man. The stats say that he's 5'4" or 5'5", but what I actually heard was that he is actually 5'2". They add 2-3" just to make him feel better about himself I guess, I don't know. But I also heard he gets up to 300 pounds offseason. Very unhealthy. I know that he loves fast food places, especially KFC. I believe you can gain some muscle off this diet, but you'll gain a lot of fat. I know that this post was a joke, but I just wanted to inform you on Lee Priest. Also, Jay Cutler doesn't eat out at fast food that often in the offseason. He may cheat once in a while, that's not bad. This is a quote from him, that I read. It's from an article about dieting. Unlike Lee Priest, Cutler tries to eat healthy all year round. He said, "I'm paid to be a bodybuilder and I'm paid to look like a bodybuilder all year round."
