i dont work out until 7 at night. i usually grt done around 8. is that to late to eat carbs?im tryin to lean out. IP: Logged |

You should be taking in ample amounts of carbs postworkout no matter what time you train. Unless you are taking in 100 + grams of carbs, there is very little chance that they will be converted to bodyfat, because your body is going to use them to replenish your muscle glycogen stores that were depleted during training. Simple carbs actually work best at this time, because they are absorbed more quickly. IP: Logged |
