started a cycle 1 week ago Deca and Winny. I'm at 9 percent and am looking to lean up a bit in the next couple of weeks without lossing muscle. As far as diet goes I've cut out all my dairy and simple carbs, and added cardio 3x week at 30min. Any one know something I don't?

June 5 is only 2.5 weeks away, I am not sure this gives you much time. You also did not say how much leaner or how much weight you wanted to lose by then. I guess you could bump up the cardio pace by adding another day or two per week. Keep the protein intake high. As for the carbs, keep eating some low glycemic carbs earlier in the day to help you make it through the day and to help you during the cario workouts.

I'd like to drop my Bodyfat 2% if possible, I lean up very fast. I have this chicky coming into town from the 5th to the 11th and want to just lean up a bit. I have a few lasix laying around I could pop one of those bad boys and lose some water.

Well since you say you lean easily than I would try some extra cardio workouts until then. The Lasix is up to you, but watch you do not dehydrate yourself with that and extra cardio.
