Hi guys I just wanna say that I apologize if I offended anyone.I am sorry I got my lifting names messed up, what is was that I did was called a trio powerlift thing, I just remembered that it was where you take your max at bench press, squat, and then a deadlift i guess deadlift is the name, anyways i combined for 990,back then i only had a 220 pound press and 330 pound squat so that means i could only deadlift 440 pounds, I am sure i could do way more now though sicne I improved 30 pounds in the bench press and about 80 on the squat, I guess i could probably do around 500 now according to my gains I have made in the last year, I found this out when I looked back at the school paper I had put up in my closet, it said it was just a trio of the three weight lifts, the dude ahead of me was 295 and got 1110 as his total, he had a 250 bench,380 pound squat, and a 480 pound deadlift. But however he was twice my size and didnt win by too much, I am kinda surprised though that I only weigh what I do, also on the measurements, I saw a friend last night who works out as much as me, but he seems to not diet correctly, he is pretty big for a 17 year old not in football but he has 16 inch arms and ours are the same exact size,so
appearantly I have been measuring wrong, also i think my thighs are really 25, but i am sure my chest is 40.5 i had it measured the other day,

well gotta go

Thanks for the clarification. Keep in mind, however, that the poundages posted are still very impressive, especially for a 160# teenager. Keep up the good work.

Everyone was so cracked-up by your mistake that no-one bothered to answer your question. Except for the raw eggs, your diet looks pretty good. But you really should get you %bf measured again. If you're really under 4% bf then you need to eats HEAPS more food than that to make any size or strength gains. While you're at it, why don't you get someone to measure everything else(I mean someone who knows what they're doing). The measurements you're giving us just don't add up. This is not a flame, just want to point out that no-one is going to take you seriously if you keep supplying silly stats.

I give up. You said quite clearly in a previous post " I lifted 10 45's on each side, plus a 20 on each side", so I don't see how you can now aplogise and say it was a combined total!! Please grow-up on another board. This board is for people who want to learn more about diet and nutrition, not kids who want to boast about fantasy lifts and body measurements.

I was about to say the same thing. I was wondering what a high school gym was doing with an Olympic bar that held 10 plates a side.....

Now he changes his tune and says it's a combined lift....BULLSHIT! You were clearly lying...

I also don't think he know's how to meausure bodyfat either....3% is incredibly hard for a natural athlete to obtain and maintain without gear, let alone without supplements.

And his diet sucks! He didn't even add up the nutritional values right. Either than or an egg at his house has a hell of alot more protein than normal eggs do.

Grow up joegriff, take your bullshit somewheres else.
