ok first of all i am 157, and at school we had a deadlift or something where you pick the bar up to your knees of around the waist, i did the 2nd best at the whole school and the best guy was 300 pounds, my bench press is 250, not 180 dude, i measured these myself so i could be a little off, but i do believe my arms are no more than 14, I dont care what any of you think or say because I know what my stats are athleticly, I ran the best mile at my school and had the 2nd best 40 at school, my mile was under five and my 40 was 4.45, the only guy faster did supplement and he got a 4.3, you guys are making me feel really special because by you seriously doubting what i am saying that shows me that I am even more bad ass than I thought and I already am as cocky as shit, I guess i must be a natural because I did look up and compare my stats to pro athletes and i had some great ones, and at 157 benching 250 pounds i can get 1.6 times my weight, compare that to the average guy in the nfl who weighs 285 and you have a max at 455 pounds, and i can run, secondly my squat would be the best for my size, I tell you i just work at it so much that i can do all this, but if you dont believe me i dont give a shit, dont be jealous because i have a tremendous amount of athletiscm for my size and you are probably out there doing a 5.5 forty and barely getting a mile in 6, or having a larry bird like 20-24 inch verticle, I should not be surprised because alot of people i know personally that see me do this shit are jealous to, I dont blame them, but if they would get off their dead ass and work hard like me they would get somewhere, I just got a question for all of you guys, compare your bench press to your body weight and dont lie, then do the same for your squats and then tell me your forty time and your mile as well as verticle and we will see how great athletes you are.

Gosh I really believe my ego has gotten even bigger, damn thanks for doubtuing me because it shows me that i must really and truly be the shit and i am not even hyped up on the juice like all of you guys or most of you, shit no telling what i could do if i took the crap half you do

well i gotta go workout, i dont mean to be offensive but come on guys, dont be so mad just because someone can do things that you cant, i dont care if you can outlift me because weight lifting is all about weight, i mean if you are 300 you should be able to bench more than me because you are 143 pounds bigger, and it isnt really to hard to believe my mile because most of the nfl linemen are fat asses around 18% fat and can do a 5 forty so dont get so bent up about it

Well just make sure you don't drop that 990lbs on your foot there Hercules.

Oh can I tell you my stats? We'll I bench press 1000lbs, squat 1500lbs and deadlift a bus. I drag airplanes around, push my car to work and eat elephants for breakfast.

I looked it up and Greg Kovacs only eat Indian elephants for breakfast, but I eat the African ones, so that means I'm bigger than he is.

Oh yeah Greg is my spotter and towel boy, I'm so huge.

Give us all a break there Samson. The people here are too intelligent to beleive your bogus claims and inflated poundages. I don't care what you say, no 157lber can deadlift 990lbs in his dreams. I don't care what you say, Louie Simmons trains the best deadlifters in the world and his best student can only 820lbs.

By the way I really hope those arm measurements weren't pumped and flexed!

Go back to nursery school buddy

ok one thing is that i have no fat on my arms, if i had aerage fat i would have at least 16.5 arms, and how can you doubt me, I in fact am going to college this upcoming month and am going to try out for all the sports except football, you guys have really gave me a new look on life athletically because i thought i was a great athlete but since you guys are so much not believing my abilities i have to be an unbelievable athlete, so i will show all my abilities to the college coaches and dont be surprised if i become a pro athlete, the only reason i never thought of it that seriously before was because i had no idea that i could do these things as good as all these pro athletes, i am gonna start juicin and then see how well i can do all of this stuff, well not juicin but taking creatine because i heard it will enhance your abilities big time, i want to see what i can then do,I want to really standout, also let me get the lift thing straight, what other kind of power lifts are there where you pick the bar off the ground to your knees? was you guys thinking of the power lift where you pick it up over your head?if so i can understand why you doubted that, but all i know is that i picked up 990 pounds, which was 10 45 pound weights on each side along with a 20 on each side, i then picked it up to about an inch or two above my knees, then dropped it down, that is what i consider a deadlift, i might have gotten it mixed up with another lift, but i sware everything i have said is true, by the way how exactly do you measure your arms and body parts?i measured with a tape measurer and rapped it around like you would your waist,i do have bigger looking arms than mostly just about everyone i know, but then again a really toned up arm may look bigger because of the tone, and my thighs are huge but i only got 2 on measurements.my chest too, maybe i was measuring wrong because they are big compared to everybody i know besides really fat people, and i do kinda look cool because my body parts look huge except for my waist, let me know exactly how to measure hopefully i measured wrong, but even if i did guys like jerry rice, and steve young only have like 15's so how would mine a 13.8 be small?

well let me know this info and seriously thanks for doubting me, because it has led me to check the stats of pro athletes and i have compared mine to theirs and really am glad to see that i am alot better athleticlly than i thought

Actually, when I was 18, my senior year in high school I only weighed 190 pounds and benched 365 which is equally as good as you. Also my squat was 545, my arms were 18 and 1/2 inches, bodyfat was 8%, and I could military 275. 40 time was 4.49, and I could run the mile at exactly 5 minutes. Ain't too shaby if you ask me. Oh yeah, I was also natural as you. But my deadlift was not even near 900 pounds and neither is yours. Oh yeah, I also have a case of spina bifida, and could not engage in any physical sports like football. But at any rate, I hope you can deadlift that 900 lbs. which you say you do, I guess I am only jealous. Sorry man have a nice day.

I'm thinking the guy can't add up his poundages or he's just having fun bullshitting us with it...

Firstly learn what a lift is called before you go bragging about doing it.

Secondly if you deadlift 990lbs then you should call Louie Simmons and have him train you, because you just beat all his top lifters and would probably challenge Joko Ahola for the worlds strongest man title.

That would be funny. Steve Urkel here at 157lbs vs. Ahola at 300lbs..

LOL

Either you're incredibly stupid (and judging from your lack of supplementation and nutrition knowledge I'm guessing this is the case) or you think we're really stupid, but either way you're just full of crap.

And you never answered my question, were your arm measurements pumped and flexed or not?

Joe should know his role and shut his mouth. Bottomline here Joe, just because you have a good ratio doesn't mean one of the guys here that benches over 300 pounds couldn't kick your ass. So stop tying to piss people off and make them jealous or someone might want to do just that. Just my opinion

Joe, if your going to college soon make sure you take some kind of writing class. I would guess you are about 12-13 just from analizing your writing style and word usage.

Anyway, have fun in school!!!

Hell this is funny stuff. I haven't read anything this good since clambuterol.....

Okay Big Guy. My Stats

I'm 100% natural

150 lbs
5'5"
arms 14.5" (cold but flexed)
calf 14.5
waist 27
chest 41
hips 35
deadlift 310
squat 290
bench 230
I set a state record for 100m (now broken). I've never done a timed 40.

And I'm a 40 year old female HA HA HA

And that's 100% truth.

Man your spine would snap before you got
that 990lbs off the ground at 157lbs weight.
Your skeleton could not cope with the pressure
even if you were strong enough unless it was
made of titanium and you were 2ft tall.

Somebody pass the brownmouth some loo roll.
