okay i think i understand it all now about dieting, i have added 18 pounds and amazingly none to my waist or hips, i have gained nearly 2 inches of muslce to my arms, thighs, and about 4 to my chest in the last month while putting on 18 pounds, i have been trainig 4 times a week and doing good cardio every day, my results are great but i would like to do even better and maybe lose a little fat while still building myself up,and also being as healthy as possible okay i was wondering if this would be a great every day diet?explain why if you think it is not that great. breakfast multivitamin overall calories=500
1 cup dry vegatables calories=400
2 cups of lima beans
4 ounces chicken breast calories=550 5th meal
Okay I would be able to get tons of protein, healthy kind to coming from different sources such as meats, eggs, peanuts, vegatables.also I would get tons of overall vitamins,a real good amount of veggies and a whole lot of fiber so I can cleanly digest all the p[rotein, also I would only be taking in about 20 grams of sugar a day.an average of only 4 grams a meal and 12 of the 20 grams will be from breakfast so i would be able to make sure I use up every bit of the sugar and carbs, also notice how I ate most of the carbs in the day and then ate the majority of fat at night, fat doesnt turn in to anything so it doesnt hurt to eat alot before bedtime, and also the vitamins from the peanut butter and eggs will do you good if eaten before bedtime becasue they will go into your body and work while you are sleeping, I am currently up to 157 but started at 148 and lost 10 pounds of stored water, I am also at 3.9% body fat but still somehow have loose skin hanging around my abs at the bottom, eventually i am gonna be cream to get rid of my stretchmarks and my excess skin, i want everything to be tight everywhere , hell i cant believe how i can fit into my little brothers clothes! he is a nine year old and i wear his shirts all the time, they are childs mediums and it is cool because they fit comfortably around the waist and they are skin tight in the chest since i have a 40 inch chest and it makes me look like superman or something, well one more thing, i am gonna give some measurements and want you to all let me know what you think, i personally think i am very strong looking for my weight
I generally look more like 190 but as i said my waist is the reason i am 157, i looked up some stats on bf% and it said the average male is 15.9%! I checked it and if i just had average bodyfat I would be around 178-180 so that is why I am smaller than I really look, but in general since you guys have been doing this longer than me I want your honest opinion about my eating plans and also my stats i included, let me know if they are ok compared to others and remeber i am 157, probably the lightest one on here so dont brag if you are 300 and can bench 400. I am out IP: Logged |

How many times are you going to keep asking the same questions? You are apparently ignoring the suggestions you've gotten in the past. At 3.9% you absolutely do not need to worry about cutting fat. If anything, you need to put on some fat if you want to be healthy, strong looking. If you want to put on mass, you need to eat, eat, eat, and eat some more. At 18, your body is full of testosterone and your metabolism should be like a blast furnace. Take advantage of this while you have it, because trust me, you won't ever get it back, naturally anyways. You don't need to be counting calories, just eat good, healthy foods and plenty of them. Then again, I'm probably wasting my time here because you've been told this several times already. This is the second time you have posted a 990# deadlift. I'm not sure you realize what a great deadlifter you are. Offhand, I'd say there's MAYBE one other person in recorded history that could lift that much. Assuming that this other dynamo had ever roamed the earth, he would probably was (is)well over 300#. Please decribe in detail your deadlifting technique. IP: Logged |

What a load of crap. 13.8" arms? My girlfriend has bigger guns than that, and she weighs less than you do. 990lb deadlift? So your telling us that you weigh only 157lbs but can lift close to a tonne (1000lbs) of weight off the ground? Yup dude, and I can leap tall buildings in a single bound. Man this post is funny. 13.8" arms and he just added 2" to them! What were you before you started lifting a Prisoner of War? Okay lemme stop laughing here for just one second. You're 5'10" and 157lbs with upper arms that are only 1 inch larger than your forearms, you only bench 180lbs, but somehow you squat over 430lbs and deadlift close to a world record 990lbs, and yet somehow you manage to keep your thighs to 22 inches. Not only that but you can almost run a 4 minute mile and run as fast as most NFL wide receivers. And all of this without supplements. Why are you wasting your (and our) time by posting all of this bullshit? I mean some of the people who frequent this board are world renowned strength coaches and well known magazine editors. You're not fooling them, so just who are you trying to fool? I'm not even going to begin to pick apart your reasoning behind your diet, because I'd rather not sit at my computer all day. 990lb deadlift at 157lbs...that's the most hilarious thing I've ever read on here. Go back to your little fantasy land bro. IP: Logged |

All funny shit aside for one second. I nitcied in your diet that you are eating raw eggs. You have to be careful doing that because you can get salmonella. Okay, now resume all funny shit. IP: Logged |

I was not gonna waist my time posting on this since this guy keeps asking the same questions and never reads the comments that we give him. But, I might as well give my two cents in too. Man every time this guy posts I crack up laughing because it is like talking to a wall. Raw eggs? 900 deadlift? 13.8 in arms (pitiful)? I want to know why this guy isn't being talked about in sports news for teens. At these unbelievable stats (size not included), this guy would be getting rave reviews from scouts in any sport. I don't know about every one else here, but I think this guy is just trying to push our buttons to see how pissed we get. I think this is a bogus member of the board! Man I still keep laughing about this, I look forward to his next post asking about whether he should lean up or bulk. I think we should finally give this guy the real muscle building secret. He has paid his dues. Alright, here it goes, I am gonna tell him...THE REAL SECRET TO ALL OF OUR GAINS JOEGRIFF IS PEPTO BISMOL!!! YEP, the bodybuilding secret we have been keeping from ya man. Drink 2 bottles of the pink stuff and your 13.8 inch arms will turn to 20 inch wonders man. Damn I bet your your deadlift will be over the 1500lb. mark. Sorry guys I had to tell him. IP: Logged |

I agree with somec-, you need to eat like a mother fucker. Eat whatever you can get your hands on really, eat til you feel like your going to blow chuncks and when that feeling goes away eat somemore, trust me.........it sounds like you have a metabolism of a humming bird, don't worry about getting fat it not going to happen. Good luck my son. IP: Logged |

You know what.... this is the first time in a LONG LONG time I've been on the diet board...and to tell you the TRUTH this is BY FAR the FUNNIEST thing I've seen on here This is beyond Ranger and Bunny, which I still get a kick out of... I think all of his stats are funny, but being that I have a distance runner background on a Collegiate level I really thought it was funny to compare all these strengths with a 4:35 mile time and a 4.45 40yd dash time...you must have one kick ass combo of fast and slow twitch muscle fibers I ran a 4:30 my Jr year in highschool just stepping in to run it for some points...and I was 6'1 150lbs at the time and running over 70miles a week....thanks for giving me something good to laugh about brought back alot of old memories, are you sure that wasn't a 1500 time not a mile time?? Though if this was Legit I would have to say you would be the Best Poster CHILD for the U.S. Military... IP: Logged |
