![]() ![]() ![]() High protein diets get kind of boring after awhile. One can eat chicken breast, Tuna, fish and oatmeal for so long before he start craving McDonalds. How do you guys keep variety in your diet and still keep a good balance of protein, carbs, fat, and sodium. Also I find that whatever I eat I always come up short or over my limit at the end of each day either too much fat one day or not enough protein the other day. Any suggestions? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I just recently bought John Romano's "Muscle Meals" for this very same reason. You can get it at www.amazon.com for 12-13 bucks. The two recipes I've tried so far have been pretty tasty and easy to make. IP: Logged |
