Has anyone tried this animalbolics program? I'm interested in it, but eating once aday sounds a little catabolic to me. IP: Logged |

Think about it! I've never read anything on this diet but look at the animal world. Most animals that have a tremendous amount of muscle eat all day. Thin, toned animals eat once a day. Do you want to be a string bean or a body of muscle mass? IP: Logged |

Actually your analogy is wrong, animals like Lions eat and gorge for a few days, and then fast for a few days. In fact most plains predators like Lions and Cheetahs follow this eating routine. As will a well trained dog. Go to www.ironmag.com for info on the diet, or email Eric Hesse ([email protected]) he's helped me out big time with the diet. It works! Eric and Animal are right on the money with this one. [This message has been edited by Serial Joe (edited May 16, 2000).] IP: Logged |

Hello everyone! We are not Wild Animals! We have a different genetic makeup than Animals. Because Lions eat meat only they are strong is untrue! Look at the gorilla, mostly fruits they eat and they are fucking strong beasts. Its all about genetic makeup. IP: Logged |

Um dude, Animalbolics is named after the guy who invented it. Any similarities with actual wild animal diets are purely coincidental. IP: Logged |

Is similar to the caveman diet. Abolics is Fruit and protien and some fat. Then all your carbs are in your postworkout meal, and then a small meal before bed. IP: Logged |

Come on guys. What's wrong with just eating 7-8 times a day - it's fun for a start! As for animals - I've got a Ph.D in zoology - it is all to do with genetics. Some animals are naturally lithe and lean (cheetahs) others are stocky and more powerful (leopards). The reasons that big cats gorge is not because they are following a diet - it's because the kill success is so low and energy expensive that they make the most of food when they have it. If you eat loads of raw fish do you think you'll grow flippers and a blow hole? IP: Logged |

Again people, the diet has nothing to do with animals. Animal is an underground steroid guru who invented it. Eric Hesse refined the diet and brought it to light, but it has nothing to do with how animals eat!!! Edgecrusher, Eric's a good guy, helped me with practically ever aspect of the diet, and following his advice, I even gained while on it. IP: Logged |
