ok what of these are high in saturated fats

peanut butter crunchy type
rotessire chicken
lean roast beef
tuna fish
turkey packaged
peanuts


and which of these are high glycemic

frosted flakes
fiber one
beans
ice cream
coffee cream


please answer these, any help will be appreciated

For the most part, all of the protein foods that you mentioned here are pretty healthy. Remember, all the fat that is in animal meats is saturated fat, but you mentioned that they were lean versions, so this is not a factor you have to worry about. Only thing I can really say about these choices is to use the "all-natural" peanut butter versions because they have healthy fats in them, and they are not loaded with the sugar like most commercial brands. These peanut butter versions can be found at your grocery store. An example of a brand that I use is "Adam's Peanut butter", but usually the store you are in will have their own versions too, which are fine. You have to stir the oils and peanut butter together in these brands, but I feel the benefits are well worth it.

The high glycemic carbs that you mentioned are the Frosted Flakes. I do not know what the exact glycemic rating is, but I can almost bet it is pretty high. The ice cream is debatable, for reasons that I mentioned in one of your previous postings.
