I am 6'2 194lbs. i am trying to gain muscle mass, 15-20lbs. Does 3000-3100 calories a day sound good. i eat 6-7 times daily. i am getting 230-280g of protein a day. currently i do one day of 40 min cardio and lift 5 days a week. i have a great training routine and i stick with it. i just want to make sure i am going to grow lean mass. i know a little fat is inevitable but i would rather it be muscle. i don't want to overeat to the point that i am gaining fat, but i still want to make sure i will grow. i am very very good with my diet but i just want to check that with you guys. let me know. thanks.
