![]() ![]() ![]() I just started training a woman who is 5'3" weighs 118lbs. and is about 16-17% bodyfat. She is fairly active (weight training, cardio)and says she really liked the way she looked when she was around 13%. Her goals are to shed a few pounds of bodyfat while keeping muscle. Can anyone give me advice on a good diet to accomplish these goals? I have an idea but I want to make sure I'm leading her in the right direction. I will also be weighttraining and doing cardio with her. (also, she's in her mid forties but is in great shape) Thanx IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Have her take in 100-120 grams of protein spaced over 4-6 meals. Depending on when she works out have her limit carbs after first three meals and switch over to vegetables later in the day. One or two days a week she can up carbs and fat, but on other days try to limit fat to under 40 grams or so. 1-1.5 gallons of water as well. IP: Logged |
