Im looking for yalls opinion on something. I just started my serious training again this Monday. I was considering having a cheat day on Sundays, maybe one meal. Something about me, I can put away alot of food in one sitting. Any opinions? IP: Logged |

Cheat days are an excellent idea while on a diet. It is much easier to actually follow a diet when you know that your cheat day will soon come. IP: Logged |

I have always has a cheat meal one day per week. It is my "reward" for maintaining a strict diet plan and workout routines the rest of the time. IP: Logged |

I like having a couple of cheat meals on Sunday, then i like to have a couple more one day during the middle of the week. this keeps your metabolism off balance. IP: Logged |

Cheat days don't work for me. I can go along dieting just fine, my mind totally into being healthy - but if I star to cheat, (1) I don't stop (I figure, ok, just one more...) and (2) my stomach, after living on chicken and tuna and rice (oh my!) can't handle anything more complicated, and I end up feeling like hell (not that that stops me from eating more). Of course, I'm a compulsive eater. if other people can cheat and get away with it, you go. I just can't. IP: Logged |

Why don't you just do a cyclical ketogenic diet? This way, your cheat days actually help you PROGRESS. IP: Logged |
