sorry for posting so much but i havent been on in a while and have got tons of questions.i dont suppose any of you know or are any pro wrestlers but i am a huge fan, anyways i noticed that they all weigh alot more than they look, anyways i noticed that they will say they are 4 or 5 percent body fat like goldberg or someone and when they walk you can see their body parts shake and flap like they had tons of fat on them. is that by any chance water weight?because i noticed when i walk and run and such nothing on me shakes and i have 4% but when these guys move it is like they are carrying some water or fat in their skin,if any of you know what i am talking about and can answer that for me i would appreciate it, hollywood hogan especially, when he makes a muscle his skin still shakes like it is full of fat or soemthing, also dont most of these guys beef up on the steriods?because i dont see how you can actually get that size without em, i train hard and eat tons of protein and i cant make huge gains like that and i come from family backgrounds that are as huge as oxes

good day
Joe

Steroids help, but huge men will be huge men. I've actually met a couple of freaks who don't lift, yet are stronger than most weight trainers (including me). Likewise, I once measured a friend at 3% bodyfat, and this guys cannot even spell the work diet.
Don't believe any stats that you hear about wrestlers. They are showmen, and therefore their stats are for show as well.

how do u plan to gain any muscle when your body is 4% fat.your whole body is deprived of fat and nutrients you must be burning every ounce of protein 4 energy.ever heard of a bulking cycle..get ya shit together you must be new to the iron game..its impossible to gain any size when your at 4% even with juice..you better get your nutrition knowledge together..
