![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() what can i buy at the store that has tons of protein per serving, i am getting tired of chomping down 250-260 grams of protein a day having to mostly come from tuna fish,roast in a can,chicken,egg whites,ect
like shrimp, how much protein is in a serving and the same for fish i wish i was not low on money now, man some protein shakes would be terrific, i am practilly having to shove this crap down my throat, well i guess you have to sacrifice for results IP: Logged |
