what can i buy at the store that has tons of protein per serving, i am getting tired of chomping down 250-260 grams of protein a day having to mostly come from tuna fish, roast in a can, chicken, egg whites, ect

is there anything i can possibly get at the store where i can eat a little and get tons of protein?

like shrimp, how much protein is in a serving and the same for fish

i wish i was not low on money now, man some protein shakes would be terrific, i am practilly having to shove this crap down my throat, well i guess you have to sacrifice for results

go with some lean steaks, like top round eye round, flank. Most fish, chicken, steak has roughly 100grams of protein per pound, give or take about 10 grams.

Fish and other seafood is a good source of protein, but not if you're short on money.
